Hey.. guyz..
If u have good knowledge or experience than i really need ur opinions..
I want to know .
Which is better ..Bachellors in Computer science.or mech engineering..or Electrical engineering..??What do u think?
Which feild has more monetary rewards..satisfaction..and relatively a good scope in the future(4 or 5 years later)
Ps:thanks in advance..!
I think better mech engineering.. Bcos this is normal field.. It is not go up or go down… It help to make own business also…but im Electrical enginer its bad
I’d like to say, being an electrical engineer is best, since I am an electrical engineer.
However, you have to figure out what is best for you. Do you want to program, work with mechanical devices, work with elecitrical or electronic devices? There are so many sub-fields in each field as well. You should also consider computer engineering.
As far as pay, each fluctuates. It depends on what is in highest demand that year. Therefore, do what you want to do.
eletrical rocks!! and i love it even though i didn’t do really well..why?
1)a lot of cool project to get you busy as hell but fun as u did it
2)use a lot of computer programming in my course which help you to build chip which then create any robots, computers you want!!my senior 3rd year built a robot that can play ball and put it on specific place..you go search for digital electronic..BECAUSE ITS FUN AS HELL YEAH!!..
HEI DUDE, IF YA DON’T HAVE ANYTHING INTERESTING TO DO IN LIFE DO ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING..or maybe you want chicks than take other course..make sure that you prepare for to get busy and focus..
before that, work on your calculus, electrical basic..and i suggest you find information about electronic circuit like rectifier, buck boost converter, comparator and the MOSFET,BJT Transistor from online resource or whatever source….have fun dude in engineering course it worth your time..
That depends on what type of things interest you the most. If you hate working on your car, then maybe mechE is not the best.
If you are moderately competent, I think you can switch from one field to another without too much problem – in fact one of the best EEs that I worked with had a degree in English(!). He just liked computers as a hobby and learned everything (and much more) that he needed for the job.I also know a woman who got into MechE grad school and graduated with a 4.0 masters and her undergrad was history.
The best thing to do is just pick one (it doesn’t matter all that much) and get an internship to find out what the real world is really like and the types of work that each does. This is a more realistic view of what the jobs are like. You can then switch if you decide that you like something else better.
