Tikka T3 scope question from before.?

The scope brand is a BSA Platnium 8-32×44 illuminated. Only paid $150.00 that included shipping. I like the fact I can zoom so far in. Planning on using in for black bear hunting, hopefully in an open feild (100-200yrd range). I can crank on the housing to change from 15yrds,100yrds,200yrds,300yrd and then a weird line and triangle. So I can come back for a nice big picture then zoom right in. Just wanted to give some more info.
