Any suggestions on a tripod for my spotting scope?

The one I have for my camera just doesn’t lock down well enough to hold the scope still.
WHICH TRIPOD FOR PRONE position for leupold / swarovski spotting scope?

regular tripods are too tall for prone position.
The bottom of the spotting scope has a plate and I want one that has a receiver for the plate to just slide in to… I guess that is called the “head” of the tripod?
