Can anyone recommend a good spotting scope?

Looking for one that’s reasonably priced and great for wildlife viewing.

Can anyone recommend a good but cheap rifle scope and spotting scope?

I’m looking for a scope that I can use on my AR and Ruger 10/22.
The spotting scope should have a 45deg angle and a 60mm to 80mm objective.

Can anyone comment on these scopes?
