Does your gun have to have a gas block?
I’ve got this quadrail for my Rock River. It is a little heavy, but it is solid.
I origionally mounted it the way this video shows, but found it to be really “wide” and cumbersome, so i mounted it “sideways” (90 degrees from what the video says) and it is much thinner that way, but i could only install 3 screws (the gas tube blocks the fourth) but it is still a solid mount..
The only tool need is an Allen Wrench that is provided.
The Allen screw secure both halves of the railed handguards together.
does the quad rail come with the install tools. or do i need to see if ican find something that will work?
@narudb I installed this rail system on my Bushmaster XM15-E2S-AK, it’s a bit heavy, but the mount is rock solid and I haven’t had any problems whatsoever with them.

Carbine length = 14.8 oz.
Rifle length = 25.5 oz.
Is there any wobble with this rail system. I mean how secure is this $50 system?
how much do these rails weigh?
just installed mine this morning,yes its a little heavy,but for the price of $48 shipped,it leaves me a lot more money for toys to mount on it.also when I ordered it I expected it to be plastic,I was surprised it wasnt! well worth the money.
no problems with the one on my rock river, except it is damn heavy.

can you put on a flip up front sight and will these like rattle on the gun?
that looks very nice. here is my question can you install flip up sights on this handguard (and they do not move around). Do these handguards jiggle around a little or are they like factory bushy handguards which are rock solid?
Yes the MAR4L will fit the heavier profile AR15 barrels.
will the 12inch MAR4L fit an AR15A2 HBAR? Heavy Barrel?
