How is the quality of barska’s spotting scopes?

Im not to familiar with this brand and don’t want to spend my money on junk.

    They are pretty cheaply made and not high quality

    You will get what you pay for. The Barska is very cheap. For a quality spotting scope to last your lifetime look to Leupold, Burris, Nikon and better brands.

    Some are alright others are crap it depends on the unit.Look through a bunch and decide.

    Cheap…….. Of course if your on a bidget and aren’t using it in real low light conditions and at limited distances then its fine……

    Generally the more you pay the better optics you get…….

    I suggest going for an Alpen. About the same price, but better made. I own a Barska, they work ok, but even though it says waterproof, it really is not. After shooting in the rain one time it fogged up for two weeks.
